These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReciteWell mobile application ("App"), developed by ReciteWell ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using ReciteWell, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ReciteWell is a Bible verse memorization app for iOS. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

3. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select ReciteWell
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly — all billing is managed by Apple.

5. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds.

ReciteWell includes Bible verses from the following translations:

Both translations are in the public domain and may be freely used. ReciteWell does not claim ownership of the biblical text.

7. Intellectual Property

The ReciteWell app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of ReciteWell and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The biblical content itself is public domain.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReciteWell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that speech recognition grading will be perfectly accurate in all cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReciteWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or memorization progress.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
